Default New Beginnings

Hello, a few months ago my account was hacked and all my characters were deleted. I recently decided to come back and start over.

With that in mind, i was wondering what class and what campaign (I have all and EotN) should I use to be able to quickly start farming back some of the stuff I lost. Keep in mind, I have literally nothing to help me get on my feet.

Well, with the addition of Nicholas the Traveler, who has weekly variations in his location, any campaign will do; I think Factions is the easiest when it comes to acquiring gold, but if you farm items for Nicholas's gifts every week, you can sell the items for a lot of gold (depending on what he's collecting) or the presents. You can see what he's currently collecting @ wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Nicholas_The_Traveler

Well if you want to make a quick character for farming, roll a monk or assasin in factions, and you can get to level 20 and on your way to another campaign in about 2 - 3 hours or less

Thanks guys, I recently made a monk in factions and it was quite easy to level. Hopefully I can get him to 20 quickly, the hard part will be getting all the items and armor it takes to make a farming monk:P

Actually 10k max can get you the necessary equipment for making a 600/smite. Just pick up a monk hero, load the smite skills on its bar, give it and yourself the necessary runes, buy the skills you need for your own 600, buy some really crappy starter armor, pick up a +20% enchant staff, and you're done.

fixed it for you.
go as 600HP monk, for that you need the lowest armor possible, if you still have your beginner armor, save it, else buy 15al armor for 20g
and a 20% longer enchanting weapon.

skills you really need are:
protective spirit and spirit bond.
every time you get damage it will be really high, like 200, becouse of your low armor.
prot spirit makes sure you can only get 10% of your life as damage.
so if you have 500 health you will get 50 damage as long as you have prot spirit on.
every time you get more than 60 damage spirit bond will heal you for 80 or so.

lets say you get hit for 140 damage
its more than 60 so you get healed for 88
then prot spirit kicks in and you get 50 damage instead of 140
so you get 50 damage and get healed for 80,. so as long as you have spirit bond and prot spirit its hard to kill you.
google a bit and you will find some builds, or PM me here or in game.

If you're having trouble affording max armor, just save up those little collectible trophies that monsters drop and look for the NPCs that will exchange them for max pieces of armor. It's not the best but it's better than nothing:P

ID whites. This is genius. I routinely come across stuff that doubles it's value or even plain, no mod stuff merch for 110g.
